For Eternity and Beyond

When I whisper His name
He hears my voice... so crystal clear
As I thank Him for all the blessings
And those I hold so dear
As I kneel
I thank Him for the love
Of those I still... can touch
Always listening when I say
How I love them... so very much
He hears my tears of pain
He knows whats in each drop
And I know He smiles on me
In the laughter of my joys
Of blessings not forgot
He listens to my loneliness
Of those I dearly miss
There He speaks unto my heart... reminding me of this
Of the heavenly joys and their eternal bliss
There He whispers to my heart
His love I hear so clear
For always and forever
I'll hold my Lord so near
And when my road gets bumpy
When strife wants to share my lane
I need not a map, the Good Book shall lead my way
It will be through Him and His gracious love
I shall smile... and travel on
Sharing in each step and journey, that I shall ever take
Upon this road and onward... For Eternity and Beyond
