I look into her eyes and see
All the love she has for me
And as the seasons come and go
Her hair has turned as white as snow

Soft wrinkles now embrace her face
There is beauty in every line
The hand that use to guide me
Gently shakes when held in mine

Now I take her by the arm
When we go for walks
Oh, How she loves to reminisce
When we have our talks

And when we visit for awhile
Her sweetest memories make me smile
Treasures for the heart to hold
 Love once shared... is times sweet gold

Someday I hope my grandchildren
Love me as I do her 
This beautiful lady I'm talking about
Is my amazing grandmother
