An Angel Among the Angels

 I don't know how to put into words
what my heart would like to say
Of how truly grateful I am to God for you
Each and every day

I want to thank you for guiding my son

When I could not be there

For all the patience and love you gave

Showing that you cared

 ~

For each time you took his hand

And wiped away his tears

The understanding shown to him

As you helped to ease his fears

 ~

God adds an extra touch of sweetness

To certain people… it’s true!

And He sends them here to teach us all

Just as He did… with you

 ~

In every remembrance… I'll thank God for you

For the reassurance you placed from the start

Now you will bless another mother

As you help to ease her heart

 ~

To me you are…

An Angel among the Angels

And in that role you humbly play…

You did not see the biggest part

Of the blessing that you truly held

In touching all of our hearts.

It takes a very special person
that dedicates their life and time
to helping others.  And when they give from their heart,
 it truly blesses those around them. 
Whether it be in hospice, nursing homes, or
 special needs group homes.
  These wonderful people need to be thanked. 
Although they never ask for it, 
 today I would like to acknowlege this wonderful Lady
 and to let her know how truly blessed my family has been,
 just by having her be a part of our lives.
